Peter Scaglione, Jr., a native of Tampa, Florida, is a
seasoned attorney specializing in Matrimonial and Family Law. He has practiced
law in Florida since 1977, after earning his B.A. in American History from the
University of Tampa and a J.D. from Vermont Law School. Mr. Scaglione has been
in solo practice since 1979, handling a wide range of family law cases, from
simple matters to complex disputes, throughout his nearly four-decade career.
Active in his field, he is a member of the Florida Bar Family Law Section, the
American Family Law Inns of Court, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, and
the Florida Academy of Trial Lawyers. He has shared his skills as an adjunct
professor at the University of Tampa, St. Leo University, and Hillsborough
Community College, and has been a speaker at various legal seminars. Mr.
Scaglione, a devout Christian, is closely affiliated with Grace Family Church
and Idlewild Baptist Church, bringing a compassionate approach to clients
