Mr. Tomao of the Law Office of Peter J. Tomao, serves as Of Counsel to Port & Sava. Mr. Tomao maintains an office in Garden City, New York. Mr. Tomao served as a Trial Attorney with the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice from 1976- 1982 and an Assistant U.S. Attorney, Eastern District of New York, Senior Investigations Counsel, from 1982-1997. Since establishing his own law firm in 1997, Mr. Tomao’s practice focuses on the handling of matters in the tens of millions of dollars and high level White Collar Criminal law cases. Due to his expertise, Mr. Tomao is a Lecturer for both the Nassau Academy of Law and the Federal Bar Council.
