Biography

Peter Zingel is a Senior Associate in the German Private Funds Practice Group. He advises sponsors and investors on complex fund formations, investments in private debt, private equity and real estate funds and all questions of fund regulation, investment law and insurance supervisory law.

His focus is also on German and European ESG regulation of investment funds. Peter also has extensive experience in M&A deals and corporate law. Prior to building an expertise in the area of investment funds, he worked in GT's German Corporate Group and as general counsel for a listed renewable energy company.
