Biography

Peter Zingel is a Senior Associate in the German Private Funds Practice Group. He advises sponsors and investors on complex fund formations as well as investments in and marketing of funds of different asset classes, including private debt, private equity, real estate, and infrastructure funds. His practice covers fund regulation, investment law, and insurance supervisory law, with a particular emphasis on German and European ESG regulatory frameworks.

Prior to focusing on investment funds, Peter gained deep M&A and corporate law experience in GT’s German Corporate Group and as general counsel for a listed renewable energy company
