Peyton James Moore

Peyton is a civil litigation attorney licensed in Mississippi state and federal courts.

Peyton was raised in Tupelo, Mississippi. After graduating from Saltillo High School, he attended the University of Mississippi and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Peyton subsequently received his law degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law. Following law school, he focused on civil litigation, emphasizing personal injury, as an associate attorney in Hattiesburg, MS. Peyton then obtained valuable experience at a large insurance defense firm with over 300 attorneys and gained a strong understanding of insurance company practices.

Peyton realized that fighting for everyday people, not large corporations, drove him to success as an attorney. This is what brought him home to Mama Justice. Peyton finds his motivation in his clients’ faces—learning their stories, understanding their pain, and helping them achieve their goals.
