Biography

Philip Mullins is a highly regarded attorney with extensive experience in personal injury and business litigation, achieving numerous multi-million-dollar settlements. Philip graduated from Wheaton College with a B.A. in 1988 and earned his J.D. from Campbell University in 1993. While at Campbell, he was a published member of the Law Review, represented the school on the International Moot Court Team, and served as a law clerk for the North Carolina OSHA Review Board.

A strong advocate for his community, Philip supports the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, inspired by his two sons who have Type 1 diabetes. He regularly speaks at events and fundraisers, raising awareness and funds for diabetes research.

Philip is admitted to practice in North Carolina state and federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court, and actively contributes to the education of trial lawyers through seminars and publications.
