Philip Alexander Goiran

Philip A. (“Alex”) Goiran practices in real estate matters with an emphasis in representing landowners in conflicts with oil and gas companies. His practice also includes representing developers and investors in acquisition and disposition of real estate assets, homeowner associations in governance and litigation matters, landlords in leasing and evictions, insureds in real estate title disputes and lenders in real estate-backed financing. Mr. Goiran started law practice in Washington, DC where he was an agent for First American Title Insurance Company. In 2001, he left the Nation’s capital for Boulder, Colorado, and joined the local firm of Grant, Grant & Goiran LLP, in which he became a partner in 2003. In 2012, Mr. Goiran moved his practice to Denver, and in 2015, joined Tiemeier & Stich, P.C., bringing his twenty years of experience. In addition to general litigation related to his practice areas, Mr. Goiran is an experienced appellate attorney. Recognition: In 2010, Mr. Goiran was selected as a Colorado “Rising Star” in the area of real estate law in a 2010 survey of top lawyers published in Denver’s 5280 Magazine.
