Biography

Philip Wilson joined the Firm in 2008, after honing his skills as a criminal defense attorney in Minnesota. Since joining the Firm, Phil has argued cases before the Court of Federal Claims and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals in Washington, D.C. In addition, Phil has litigated cases in U.S. Tax Court and U.S. Federal District Court for Arizona. Notwithstanding this experience, Phil takes the most pride in successfully resolving many of his clients cases early in the process, saving his clients the stress and expense of protracted litigation.
