Biography

With more than forty years of legal experience, Philip Roberts is able to provide excellent representation for his clients, whether in the courtroom or boardroom. His legal expertise includes a wide range of litigation, as well as providing reasoned advice to both private and governmental clients.

Phil’s practice primarily involves the representation businesses and insurers in personal injury and workers compensation litigation, in which he has more than three decades of experience in achieving favorable results for his clients.

A long time resident of Lafayette, Louisiana, Phil has been involved in his community by taking on leadership roles in youth sports and scouting organizations. He devotes much of his current spare time to enjoying his grandchildren, and is a frequent speaker at Continuing Legal Education seminars on various topics regarding litigation tactics and Louisiana Workers Compensation law.
