Biography

Philip Moring is a dedicated personal injury attorney with a strong background in both defense and plaintiff litigation. He graduated with high honors from the University of Central Florida before earning his Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. His academic achievements reflect his long-standing commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of the legal system.

Philip began his legal career working for defense medical malpractice insurance companies and physicians, spending 11 years representing doctors and insurers in complex medical malpractice cases. This experience gave him invaluable insight into how the defense builds its cases and the strategies used to minimize liability. Over time, however, Philip felt a calling to use his knowledge to advocate for individuals and families harmed by negligence.

For the past four years, Philip has represented plaintiffs in personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice cases. Admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, he now fights to secure justice and fair compensation for his clients. With his unique background and unwavering commitment to those he represents, Philip brings a compassionate yet strategic approach to every case.
