Biography

Philip Granite is an accomplished attorney who transitioned from defense law to plaintiff's personal injury law to fulfill his passion for advocating for the injured. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in political science from Fordham University and went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law - Newark. During his time at Rutgers, Phil worked full-time as a law clerk at a prominent national defense firm, gaining valuable experience in defense law.

After being admitted to the New Jersey Bar, Phil continued to practice defense law for several years before realizing that his true calling lay in representing those who have been injured. His transition to plaintiff's personal injury law was driven by his desire to make a positive impact and provide dedicated advocacy to individuals facing challenging legal situations. Phil's unique background in defense law brings a valuable perspective to his practice, allowing him to approach cases with keen attention to detail and a deep understanding of the complexities involved.
