Philip M. Hall

Philip M. Hall, a native of the Williamsport, Pennsylvania area who brings more than 30 years of oil and gas and title examination experience to the firm. He was among the first members of the State Bar of Texas in 1986 to be certified in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

He spent five years with the Department of Housing and Urban Development in Philadelphia and San Antonio before entering private practice. Mr. Hall has also spent time working in real estate and banking and has additional experience in probate and government law.

Mr. Hall is married to the former Mary Pat FitzGerald of Corpus Christi. four children and four grandchildren. The Halls enjoy time with the family.

Prior Professional Experience: U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development; Prichard, Peeler, Cartwright and Hall (1977-1992); Of Counsel to the firms of Hatch and Hatch (1992-1995); Wood, Burney, Cohn and Viles and its successor firm, Cohn, Casstevens and Bircher (1995-2000).
