Phil Merenda litigates with the Personal Injury Auto team at Morgan and Morgan assisting clients with injury claims arising from automobile accidents.

Before dedicating his practice to personal injury litigation, Phil spent four years advocating for plaintiffs in class actions against some of the nation's largest companies. His cases spanned the areas of securities fraud, products liability, and consumer protection, resulting in the recovery of millions in damages for defrauded and harmed plaintiffs nationwide. Phil commenced his legal career at a prestigious defense firm in New York, where he concentrated on federal litigation.

Phil holds a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center, graduating Magna Cum Laude and with Order of the Coif distinction. Prior to entering law school, he earned his bachelor's degree from Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York, where he was also a member of the Ithaca College football team.

Beyond his legal endeavors, Phil enjoys spending his time on the water, fishing off the coast of South Florida, and spending time with his husky, Zeus, and German shepherd, Hades.
