Biography

Philip Cusic practices insurance defense both at the state level, and federal in Iowa, Missouri, and Nebraska. Mr. Cusic returns to EKO Law, have spent nearly five years with the firm prior to moving, and practicing, in Seattle, Washington. With nearly a decade of experience, Mr. Cusic has assisted his clients and helped them navigate through the litigation process. He has significant experience in a wide array of practice areas and is well versed in litigation practice.

Mr. Cusic is a graduate of Creighton University (B.A.) and the Gonzaga University School of Law, Cum Laude. While in law school, Mr. Cusic earned the CALI award for academic achievement in Workers Compensation.

As an Omaha native, and avid Creighton fan, Mr. Cusic can frequently be spotted at a variety of Creighton athletic events. Outside of Creighton athletic events, Mr. Cusic enjoys spending time with his family, especially his two nieces and nephew, and friends.
