Biography

Phil Sarfin is an associate at Blakeley Law Firm, P.A. and focuses his practice on personal injury, including automobile accidents, slip and falls and wrongful death. He received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Delaware in 2010, and his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University in 2015. He is licensed to practice in all Florida state courts.

Prior to joining Blakeley Law Firm, Mr. Sarfin defended insurance companies against lawsuits stemming from automobile accidents, and brings that insider perspective to the firm. He was also an Assistant Public Defender with the Law Office of the Public Defender, 17th Judicial Circuit. While practicing criminal defense, Mr. Sarfin gained a breadth of experience handling trials and evidentiary motions. Mr. Sarfin leaves no stone unturned in pursuit of discovering the facts and circumstances of each client's case, with the goal of achieving the best possible results for his clients.

Mr. Sarfin is a member of the Young Lawyers division of the Florida Bar. In his free time, Mr. Sarfin enjoys playing golf and tennis, spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants, and meeting new people.
