Phillip Raymond is a Corporate attorney with experience representing banks, secured creditors and loan servicers in bankruptcy matters under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. Phill represented secured creditors in various types of litigation, pleading preparation, and settlement negotiations. He has experience representing lenders and loan servicers in numerous aspects of mortgage foreclosure at both the state and federal level as well as managing the day-to-day operations of a high-volume creditors’ rights bankruptcy department for the states of New York and New Jersey. He regularly guided clients through Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy proceedings and related matters.
