Working diligently to provide his clients with successful results, Phillip prides himself on working more efficiently than the opposition. As a defense litigation attorney, he strives to give honest assessments of each case at the outset and to build trust and rapport with his clients. Phillip creates and maintains lasting relationships through mutual respect, professionalism, and even a good bit of humor.

Phillip’s diverse practice includes personal injury, professional liability, construction, and premises liability. His practice is enriched by his significant experience in appellate litigation. Phillip also has a background in family law and administrative law, which has given him the ability to find new and unique resolutions in his current practice.

Phillip is a lifelong Mississippian and deeply proud of his roots. Born to a military household, he embraces the values of discipline and dedication. His formative years were spent on his grandparents’ farm in rural Mississippi, where he developed passion for the outdoors, appreciation for simplicity, and respect for the benefits of hard work. Now, with his wife, Kathleen, he resides on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Phillip is eager to work with you in his beloved home state.
