Phil Soven is a member of the Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Miami office. He concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. Phil represents clients across various industries in breach of contract, business torts, commercial real estate and property law, business partnerships, and shareholder conflicts.

Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Phil was an associate at a national trial law firm.
