Phylicia D.C. Pearson is an Associate in the firm’s New York City office. Her current practice areas include General Liability defense, ranging from Labor Law (Construction Site Accidents) to Premises Liability.

Ms. Pearson is a graduate of the University of West Florida and Stetson University College of Law. She was admitted to the New York state Bar in 2016. She is a former Assistant District Attorney who has also practiced Workers’ Compensation Law before joining our firm. Ms. Pearson brings an intense focus on rigorous risk evaluation and liability minimization to every matter she is assigned. In conjunction with exacting motion practice, she specializes in trial advocacy.

Ms. Pearson has been recognized for outstanding trial advocacy by the Chester Bedell American Inn of Court and the American Association for Justice.
