Biography

Piero P. Cozza is the Managing Attorney of the Steubenville office of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C., and a member of the firm’s Energy Group, Estate Planning and Administration Group, Insurance Law and Litigation Group, Real Estate Group, Toxic Tort Group, and Workers’ Compensation Group . He concentrates his practice in the areas of estates and trusts, real estate transactions, and workers’ compensation. In addition, Mr. Cozza handles insurance defense matters, including asbestos defense, and general insurance litigation as well as small business consulting. He also has experience in litigation matters involving oil, gas and mineral title opinions and related matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Cozza was an Assistant Prosecutor in Jefferson County, Ohio. He also served as an Adjunct Professor of Estate and Trusts and Real Estate Law.
