Biography

Pietro is a corporate and commercial lawyer, experienced in international and domestic M&A transactions, partnership and joint ventures, and corporate reorganizations both with private equity, financial institutions, industrial clients, and family-owned businesses. He has a wealth of experience having worked on M&A transactions in Italy, advising foreign clients investing or divesting in Italian companies, or Italian clients investing abroad.

Pietro also has developed deep experience in real estate transactions, restructuring and distressed M&A, management incentive plans, and outsourcing transactions.
