Biography

Preston P. Cahill is a personal injury attorney in Morgan & Morgan’s Lexington, Kentucky office focusing on premises liability claims. Mr. Cahill is from Dry Ridge, Kentucky and attended Centre College where he kicked on the football team and earned a Bachelor of Science in Financial Economics. After Centre, Mr. Cahill went on to graduate from law school and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2018.

Mr. Cahill’s legal career has always focused on the representation of injured individuals. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Cahill worked for a local law firm focusing on personal injury claims related to premises liability, auto collisions, workers’ compensation, nursing home abuse & neglect, and medical malpractice. He joined Morgan & Morgan’s premises liability group in December of 2022.

As a lifelong Kentuckian, Mr. Cahill considers it a privilege to represent individuals across the Bluegrass who have been injured and he looks forward to working with you.
