Prosper Shaked

Prosper Shaked is a Miami personal injury and medical malpractice trial lawyer and the founder of Prosper Injury Attorneys. Based in North Miami Beach, he represents individuals and families throughout Florida in serious personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, nursing home negligence, products liability, and maritime injury matters.

Before founding Prosper Injury Attorneys in 2017, Prosper served as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami-Dade County. As a prosecutor, he gained extensive courtroom experience and tried more than 30 cases. That experience continues to inform his approach to civil litigation, case preparation, negotiation, and trial strategy.

Prosper takes a selective, hands-on approach to his practice and remains closely involved in each matter he accepts. He personally directs case strategy from investigation and pre-suit development through litigation, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation. His practice frequently involves complex questions of liability, medical causation, significant damages, and expert testimony.

Prosper earned his B.B.A. from Emory University and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Florida and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
