Experience: Real Estate Sales and Acquisitions: Participated in the work for P3 Logistic Parks in connection with the acquisition of two logistics parks located in Szczecin and lodz, comprising 61,450 sqm and 34,420 sqm respectively, from the logistics property developer 7R.; Participated in the work for Trigea Nemovitostni Fond, Sicav, A.S. in connection with the acquisition of a warehouse park located in Wroclaw with a total leasable area of 38,178 sqm.; Participated in the work for Eastnine AB, a Swedish real estate company, on the acquisition of the Nowy Rynek E office and services building in Poznan from Skanska. The value of the transaction was approx. EUR 79 million.; Participated in the work for Eastnine AB, a Swedish real estate company, on the acquisition of the Warsaw Unit office building located in the Wola district of Warsaw from Ghelamco.; Participated in the work for P3 Logistic Parks in connection with the acquisition of the P3 Wroclaw II logistics park located in Wroclaw, with a total leasable area of 185,000 sq. m.; Participated in the work for REDKOM Development on the sale of 100% of the shares in the company holding the Park Handlowy Glinianka retail complex located near Warsaw to CEE-BIG Europe.;
