Biography

Puya Joseph Nili is Special Counsel with Hinman, Howard & Kattell, LLP in its Saddle Brook, NJ office and a member of the Firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Puya’s practice focuses on assisting clients with real estate matters, including the purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties, landlord-tenant issues, commercial lease preparation and review, and the preparation and review of loan documents.

Puya received his B.A. degree in Political Science with a minor in English and Philosophy from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, and his J.D. from Temple University. Prior to joining Hinman, Howard and Kattell, LLP, Puya had been practicing for fifteen years, assisting clients with a broad range of transactional and litigation matters.
