Biography

Quinn Williams focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, venture capital transactions and providing corporate counsel services to high growth companies planning to exit thru acquisition. Quinn's industry experience includes technology, retail, automotive, aerospace mro, technology services, distribution, and construction service industries. He serves as outside general counsel for private companies and was formerly GC for a public media and international retail franchisor.
