Dan and his clients have achieved outstanding results, both in and out of the courtroom, in a broad range of complex cases including hypoxic-ischemic birth injuries, Erb’s Palsy and shoulder dystocia birth trauma, medical malpractice, aviation liability (fixed-wing and helicopter), trucking and auto accidents, pharmaceutical liability, defective nutritional supplements (Olympic and Professional athletes), workplace safety, product liability and sexual abuse by authority figures. He has represented clients in over 25 states.
NOTABLE REPRESENTATIONS
Recently, Dan obtained a settlement for the family of an oilfield safety supervisor who was killed in a head on collision with a vehicle driven by an undocumented worker who had been ordered to work for days without sleep and eventually fell asleep at the wheel.
Currently, Dan represents several families whose children suffered injuries at birth due to inattentive care, and Native Americans subject to sexual abuse by Catholic priests.

BACKGROUND
R. Daniel Fleck was born in Ashley, North Dakota. He graduated from the University of Wyoming in 1991 and the University of Wyoming College of Law in 1993. After clerking for The Spence Law Firm during law school, Dan served two years as the Director of Lawyers & Advocates for Wyoming, a non-profit public interest law firm. He began practicing with The Spence Law Firm in 1996 and became a partner in 2000.
