Experience: Representative Matters: Represented private equity fund in its acquisition and financing of a $160 million office building located in Stamford, Connecticut, including the structuring and negotiation of additional investments in the property by several co-investors.; Represented private equity fund in its acquisition and redevelopment of two suburban office campuses outside of Indianapolis, Indiana, totaling more than 2.3 million square feet of office space.; Represented major industrial and office REIT in the drafting and negotiation of office leases in 16 building campus located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, including several build-to-suit leases.; Led a team of attorneys in a ground-up leasing of some 775,000-square foot mixed-use development project in Center City Philadelphia, a venture that included negotiating the leases of several national retailers.; Served as counsel for large real estate investor and developer in its construction financing for a national portfolio of industrial facilities.; The above representations were handled by Mr. Walker prior to his joining Greenberg Traurig, LLP.; Previous Experience: Associate General Counsel, Rubenstein Partners, L.P., 2018-2021
