Mr. Caulkins was selected to Washington, D.C. Super Lawyers 2009 and 2010, and Virginia Super Lawyers 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011. He has spoken at numerous continuing legal education programs sponsored by local bar associations, the ABA and the International Franchise Association on franchise law and litigation topics. He has also authored articles on franchise law topics which have appeared in local and national legal publications. He authored a chapter in Covenants Against Competition in Franchise Agreements, Second Edition (2003), ABA Publishing, American Bar Association, and served on the Editorial Board of the Franchise Law Bibliography, Second Edition, a publication of the Forum on Franchising, Section of Antitrust Law, American Bar Association.
