Biography

Todd was born in Storm Lake, Iowa. He is an elected member and on the Board of Directors of The Trial Attorneys of America. He is a member of the honorary fraternity of Omicron Delta Kappa and was a staff member of the Drake Law Review. Upon graduation from Drake Law School, Todd served two years as a clerk to the Honorable Donald E. O'Brien, U.S. District Court Judge, Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa. He was a member of the Drake University Board of Trustees from 1989 to 1995. While an undergraduate at Drake, Todd was a First Team Academic All American football player.
