Biography

Ra’anan Sagi is a member of the Homeland Security and Public International Law team and the Litigation and Dispute Resolution department at Herzog Fox & Neeman .

Ra’anan provides ongoing advice on a broad range of legal matters pertaining to homeland security and public international law. In this context, Ra’anan provides legal counsel related to various regulatory regimes, including export controls, defence-related trade, Israeli and overseas sanctions programs and anti-bribery and corruption compliance. Ra’anan advises clients involved in mergers and acquisitions affiliated with these fields and assists in the preparation and implementation of compliance programs in these regulatory areas. His work further includes providing guidance regarding international law ramifications of the Arab-Israeli conflict and their effect on commercial activity in Israel and abroad of local and international companies.

In addition, Ra’anan has extensive experience advising clients amidst legal disputes related to a broad range of civil, commercial and administrative subjects. Ra’anan represents local and foreign clients in civil litigation proceedings before all the instances of the Israeli court systems, as well as clients undergoing administrative hearings before regulatory authorities, and clients in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
