Rachael joined Coughlin & Gerhart LLP in 2024 and serves as Special Counsel. Her practice is concentrated in the areas of real estate, estate planning and administration, small business formation and dissolution, and guardian ad litem services.

Prior to joining Coughlin & Gerhart LLP, Rachael was a partner of DeWitt & Thomas Law Offices, P.C., located in Susquehanna, Pennsylvania. Rachael is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Susquehanna Bar Association. She currently serves as Secretary of the Susquehanna County Bar Association. She also serves on the Board of Directors for NEPA Community Health Care and the Susquehanna Community School District.
