Rachael Nass

Rachael Nass, Esq., of counsel attorney to Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C., is a native of Brooklyn, New York. She is licenced to practice law in both New Jersey and New York. She currently devotes her practice to litigating serious and complex personal injury actions, including construction accidents, trucking accidents and wrongful death actions. Rachael graduated with outstanding achievement from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1990 majoring in Political Science and went on to graduate Cum Laude from Brooklyn Law School in 1993 earning her Juris Doctorate. Rachael is admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts of both New York and New Jersey. She began practicing law in a small personal injury firm in New York City and subsequently became of Counsel to Davis Saperstein & Salomon, P.C., in 2004 specializing in complex litigation. During her career, she has successfully litigated actions against building owners, construction companies, trucking companies and product manufacturers in both states. Rachel is currently a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and New Jersey Association for Justice.
