Biography

Rachel Demers is a seasoned trial attorney with a deep foundation in the criminal justice system. Prior to practicing criminal defense, she served as an Assistant State Attorney for nearly 14 years, where she focused extensively on prosecuting violent and repeat offenders, as well as sexually motivated offenses. Ms. Demers handled thousands of cases in both the Fourth and Seventh Judicial Circuits of Florida, spanning Duval, Clay, Nassau, St. Johns, Flagler, Putnam, and Volusia counties.

Prior to starting her law career, Ms. Demers obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in 2008. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2011.

As a native of Northeast Florida, she is deeply rooted in your community. Today, Ms. Demers is committed to providing knowledgeable and compassionate representation to individuals facing criminal charges.
