Biography

Rachel Kagan is a member of the Litigation Practice and Products Liability Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Miami office. She focuses her practice on the representation and defense of medical device manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies in product liability matters in state and federal courts throughout the country, including multidistrict and consolidated state court litigation. Additionally, Rachel defends toxic tort claims alleging personal injury from various substances, including asbestos and ethylene oxide (EtO).
