Biography

Rachel Zoob-Hill concentrates her practice in civil litigation, commercial and business law, and employment law.

Ms. Hill earned her B.A in Biology and Philosophy from Trinity College. She graduated cum laude from Boston University Law School in 2003 and was a G. Joseph Tauro and Edward Hennessey Scholar and recipient of the Mr. & Mrs. John Silber Award for Academic Excellence. As summer clerk for the late Honorable A. David Mazzone of the U.S. District Court for the First Circuit, she helped facilitate the First Circuit’s then-nascent mediation program, which continues to this day. Ms. Zoob-Hill began her career as a civil litigator with Goulston & Storrs and then Dwyer & Collora.

Ms. Zoob-Hill is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. She has additionally practiced before the U.S. Securities Enforcement Division, various national financial regulatory enforcement agencies, and the MCAD.

Rachel lives in Newton with her husband and two children.
