Rae Marusin

Rae Marusin is a dedicated litigation attorney who brings both experience and empathy to the clients she serves. She has handled a wide range of complex civil matters—especially those involving insurance, professional liability, and regulatory compliance—and approaches every case with care, clarity, and practical insight.

Rae supports clients through all stages of litigation, from early evaluation to trial preparation, offering guidance that is both strategic and easy to understand. She believes in open communication, thoughtful planning, and building strong working relationships so clients feel supported and informed at every step.

Before joining Robinson & Henry, Rae focused on insurance defense litigation, including first-party insurance bad faith, third-party claims, and automobile coverage matters. She collaborated closely with in-house counsel and co-counsel to develop defense strategies, manage discovery, take depositions, and prepare cases for trial. Earlier in her career, Rae worked in corporate and regulatory roles—first as Assistant Corporate Counsel and later as a Senior Associate—where she gained valuable experience in compliance, risk assessment, and federal securities regulations.
