Biography

Ralph has been practicing law for over thirty (30) years. For the past twenty-two (22) years his practice has been concentrated in the area of creditors’ rights. Over that time Ralph has represented financial institutions in State and Federal Court and has litigated a wide range of issues including but not limited to pre and post-sale contests to foreclosure actions, adversary proceedings in bankruptcy court, and federal court litigation involving alleged violations of TILA, FDCPA, and other commonly used consumer law protection statutes. Presently, Ralph runs the firm's Foreclosure Department and represents community, regional, and national financial institutions with regard to their default needs. His current practice is focused in the areas of loan workouts and restructures, commercial and residential foreclosures as well as title curative work. He is eligible to practice in all state courts in Maryland and the District of Columbia as well as in the Fourth and DC Circuits of the United States. Ralph also serves as an adjunct professor at American University’s Washington College of Law and serves as President of the Cape May Jazz Festival Foundation.
