Biography

After graduating from law school in 1992, I joined my father and my current partner, former judge S. A. (Bud) Watson in their practice. Both have been fantastic mentors and are passionate about preparing every single client's case as though we were going to present it to a jury.

Today, our team continues the tradition of excellence in preparation. We leave no stone unturned, often asking one another, "What haven't we yet considered?" By approaching each case in this manner, we have earned a reputation with insurance companies and opposing counsel which bodes well for our clients.

Our firm handles very serious injury cases including brain injury, spinal cord injury, nursing home abuse, tractor-trailer accidents and other motor vehicle accidents. Often, our clients are unaware of the long term impact of their injuries and may be underestimating the value of their case. There is no charge for this evaluation.
