I have participated in various matters with Mr. Nelson over at least ten years, and have found him to be honest, knowledgeable, and highly professional. As a litigator, he shows discretion in his conduct toward opposing counsel and their clients, and is respectful both in and out of court. Although we are generally on opposite sides of disputes, I find Mr. Nelson to always be willing to find a path to resolution, rather than pushing forward to trial at all costs. Read less
