As an associate in the litigation department of Burns White, Randall J. Teti (“Randy”) represents clients throughout the State of Delaware in a variety of areas, including healthcare negligence, transportation, estates and trusts, and long-term care. From complex liability issues faced by larger corporate entities to cases involving small businesses or individuals, Randy strives to provide every client with competent, diligent, and efficient representation. He takes an aggressive and creative approach to litigation while maintaining the integrity and honor of the Delaware Bar.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Teti served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Andrea L. Rocanelli in the Superior Court of Delaware, assisting the Court in a variety of matters, including commercial disputes, criminal cases, products liability, consumer debt, torts, contracts, constitutional claims, administrative appeals, and evidentiary issues.
Mr. Teti graduated from Widener University Delaware Law School where he received numerous awards and distinctions, including seven certificates of achievement for receiving the highest grade in a subject. He was Vice President of the Moot Court Honor Society, and the only two-time winner of the Mock Trial Competition in school history. He served as the Bluebook Editor on the Law Review, and his student note was selected for publication.
During law school, Mr. Teti worked part-time in a patent litigation firm with offices in Pennsylvania and California. He also worked in the Legal Department of Independence Blue Cross in Philadelphia, PA. Mr. Teti attended college at Villanova University and majored in Political Science.
Mr. Teti is admitted to practice law in Delaware and the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
