Biography

     I have 25 years experience defending all criminal charges throughout the Commonwealth and have had jury trials for everything from First-Degree Murder to Trespass, always treating every client the same. I have also resolved over a thousand cases with pleas that resolve the case in a favorable manner for the client. In addition to my private investigator, I have access to numerous experts including but not limited to the fields of D.N.A., Alcohol, Drugs, Forensic Psychologist and Psychiatrist, Crime Scene, and both forensic pathologists and practicing medical doctors.        I have also represented hundreds of clients in Clerk Magistrate Hearings in Courts all throughout the Commonwealth.  Additionally, I represent individuals who have been injured because of the negligence of others.  My office is located adjacent to the Middlesex Superior Court, though I practice in all Courts throughout Massachusetts.
