Biography

Randall is a detail-oriented litigator and trial attorney with experience in business, real estate, probate litigation, administrative disputes and appellate practice. He handles all types of litigation, including contract, small business, non-compete, real property, probate, trust, employment, personal injury and water disputes.

Randall earned his B.A. in International Studies and Economics from Brigham Young University in 2003, followed by his J.D. from the J. Reuben Clark School of Law at BYU in 2008. He has practiced with Jeffs & Jeffs, P.C. continuously since 2008. In addition to practicing law Randall has served on the Utah Supreme Court’s Ethics and Discipline Committee, and has served on the Executive Committee of the Litigation Section of the Utah State Bar. He has been a member of the A. Sherman Christiansen American Inn of Court I, affiliated with the BYU law school, since 2007 and has been a member of the executive committee of that Inn for more than a decade.

Outside of his career, Randall has been married to his wonderful wife Natalie for 25 years, and they have five fantastic children. Randall enjoys spending time with his family, college sports, reading, and spending as much time as he can in the outdoors.
