Biography

Randy Livingston joined Bailey & Peterson, P.C. in 1993 and has practiced law in Colorado since 1983. He has practiced before state and federal courts engaging in litigation involving complex commercial transactions, antitrust and securities class actions, municipal financing, and real estate. He has represented individuals, small businesses, large corporations, quasi-municipal corporations, special districts, local and interstate banks, and international resorts. In 1982-1983, Randy clerked for the Hon. Donald J. Porter, Jr., United States District Court for the Northern District of South Dakota. Randy is also President of the Board of Directors for the Court Child Care Center, which organizes and administers the first court-focused child care center in the Rocky Mountain Region.
