Biography

Randall Glen Rogers is the Managing Partner in the firm's Pensacola office and practices in the areas of general civil litigation, medical malpractice, insurance coverage, legal malpractice, insurance bad faith, construction defects, architects and engineers, intellectual property, products liability, toxic tort, security negligence, professional liability, employment, trucking claims defense, marine/admiralty, accounting malpractice, association law, commercial litigation and personal injury/wrongful death litigation. He has experience handling Errors and Omissions claims, including those brought against insurance brokers and agents. He is an active participant in the firm's SIU Fraud Division representing carriers by bringing affirmative complaints and counterclaims on their behalf.

Mr. Rogers is also a Member of the Northwest Florida chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) in recognition of his past trial results. He is also recognized by The Best Lawyers in America in the category of Medical Malpractice Law - Defendants.

Mr. Rogers earned his bachelor's degree from Florida State University in 1995 and his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law in 1999.
