Randy Carl Mallaber

Randy Mallaber, originally from Gowanda, NY, is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of SUNY Fredonia with a B.S. in political Science. He is also earned his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law. A member of the Erie County Bar Association, he has been admitted to practice law in New York State since 2003.

When asking Randy why he decided to become a lawyer and what aspects of the law he is most passionate about, he responded “I like the idea of representing people and helping them through the legal process. I enjoy solving complex problems. I love digging into cases to determine exactly what happened. It is not always clear at first glance.”

He is focused on helping people and says, “My personal view is that we all have a responsibility to do what we can for others. Making a positive difference in someone’s life is very rewarding.”

It’s not only in the office and courtroom that he helps people, as he is a volunteer for Friends of Night People. And when he does take some time for himself, he can be found sailing, skiing, mountain biking or hiking.
