Biography

Randall Tindall is the Las Vegas office’s managing partner and has been practicing in Las Vegas for 25 years. His extensive trial and litigation experience consists mainly of high-exposure cases involving severe injury and death. He has achieved favorable verdicts and results for casinos, nightclubs, hotels, group-homes, product manufacturers and distributors, pharmaceutical manufacturers and distributors, and insured drivers. He also has a business trial and litigation background, successfully representing clients in contract, product liability, and securities fraud cases. He uses his knowledge and experience to mentor junior attorneys and ensure quality work product and representation throughout the firm.
