Biography

Raul Barrios-Genie is a member of the Corporate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Northern Virginia office. Raul represents both buyers and sellers throughout virtually all aspects of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, PE/VC investments, and corporate governance. Raul also represents clients before, after and apart from transactions, including advising on corporate governance, and general ongoing business operations such as employment agreements and commercial contracts. Raul has worked on M&A and financing transactions involving public and private companies from a wide range of sectors.
