Raul Calderon

Raul Calderon is an associate attorney in the Civil Litigation Departmentat Mastagni Holstedt, APC. He represents clients in all aspects of civillitigation, which includes personal injury. Prior to joining the firm’sCivil Litigation Department, Raul practiced in Mastagni Holstedt’ s Laborand Employment Department and Criminal Defense practice, where herepresented clients in administrative and disciplinary investigations,hearings, critical incident investigations, and criminal proceedings.Before joining Mastagni Holstedt, Raul served as a Deputy District Attorneyat the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office, where he handledmisdemeanor and felony cases. Prior to the DA’s Office, Raul worked at afirm near Boston, Massachusetts, where he handled a variety of matters,which included business litigation, maritime law, and labor issuesinvolving the fishing industry.Raul earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California StateUniversity, Sacramento. He later earned his Juris Doctor from theUniversity of Massachusetts School of Law, where he was an active member ofthe Mock Trial Team and competed in competitions across the United States.Raul is bilingual in English and Spanish and takes pride in helpingSpanish-speaking clients navigate their legal matters. He is a proud memberof the Sacramento County Bar Association and the Sacramento Latino Bar Association.
