Biography

Raymond H. Hornstein is a personal injury litigation attorney at the Melbourne, Florida office of Morgan & Morgan, P.A. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. After graduation, he attended Barry School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor.

He has extensive litigation experience with over 50 jury trials completed while working at both the Office of the State Attorney and the Office of the Public Defender in Viera, FL. He has centered his career around helping clients seek justice and continues this work at Morgan & Morgan.

Raymond has received a Meritorious Public Service Award for serving on a grievance committee of the Florida Bar. He resides in Rockledge, Florida with his wife Sarah, and two sons, Joseph and Archer. In his free time, he enjoys watching sports, playing games, and spending time with family.
